Privacy and your quote request
This policy is effective September 27, 2026. It covers what the Fort Collins junk hauling guide learns when you read its pages or send its quote form, and what happens to it afterward.
What the quote form collects
Four things you type: your first name, a phone number for the callback, your area picked from the list, and the description of the items and the way out of the house. Two technical fields travel with them. One is a hidden box that people never see and should stay empty; spam robots tend to fill it. The other records when the page was opened, and a form sent less than 3 seconds later is refused as automated.
The server also sees the IP address a request comes from. It uses it to cap repeated sends at six per ten minutes, and the web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, page, browser and time) for about two weeks.
Calls
Whenever a phone number appears on this site, an automated assistant answers it and asks about the load. Those calls may be recorded. Each one is transcribed, and the transcript, along with the details the assistant takes from it, is stored as your request.
Who receives your details
A request is shared with the independent local contractor who answers it, so they can call you back about the load. When a number is shown here, outside services that run that line and its automated assistant process the calls for us. We use what you send to answer the request and keep a record of the referral, not for advertising.
How long it is kept
There is no fixed clock. A form request, and any call recording or transcript that goes with it, stays on file for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record that the referral happened. Ask, and it goes sooner.
Deleting your details
Use the quote form: write “Delete my details” in the “Items and the way out” box, together with the phone number your request used. If a phone number is shown on this site, calling it and asking works too. We then delete the request and any call record kept under that number.
No tracking
These pages carry no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party script and no tracking cookie. The typefaces and scripts are served from this site itself, so reading a page contacts no one else.
